1. A pump arrangement, comprising:
a coupling unit configured to connect a pump housing and a motor housing to one another,
wherein
the coupling unit has a pump-side connection component and a motor-side connection component,
the coupling unit has an annular element suspended between the connection components by retention members having a connection region, and
the retention members of the connection components extend radially inward to the annular element and a form a rigid suspension of the annular element, whereby a cross-sectional area of the retention members is reduced compared to a cross-sectional area of the annular element, to thereby reduce heat conduction.
