1. A compound of Formula I

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein in Formula I,
R1 to R4 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C6alkyl, C0-C6alkyl(C3-C7cycloalkyl), —C0-C6alkyl(heterocycloalkyl), —C0-C6alkyl(aryl), or —C0-C6alkyl(heteroaryl), wherein groups except hydrogen, halogen, cyano, and nitro are optionally substituted with halogen, cyano, nitro, a C1-C6alkyl, a C3-C7cycloalkyl, a heterocycloalkyl, a heteroaryl, or an aryl, and
at least one of R1 to R4 is —COOR5; and
R5 is —C0-C10alkyl(C2-C10alkynyl) or —C0-C10alkyl-C2-C10alkenyl(C2-C10alkynyl).
