1. A mosaic of packages, comprising:
a first set of product packages, comprising:
a first plurality of trays housing a corresponding first plurality of products;
a first plurality of sleeves configured to receive the first plurality of trays, each of the first plurality of sleeves configured to receive at least one of the first plurality of trays, each of the first plurality of sleeves including a plurality of panels that define an open interior pocket,
wherein a subgroup of the first plurality of sleeves comprises sleeves incorporating a first graphic disposed on at least one panel; and
wherein the subgroup of the first plurality of sleeves are arranged with the first plurality of sleeves so that the relative position of the first graphic of each of the subgroup of the first plurality of sleeves, in combination, form at least a first portion of a visual design or a completed visual design.
