1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
detecting, by a computing device at a vehicle, a threat on the vehicle, the threat comprising signal jamming or tampering with vehicle equipment;
obtaining a current location of the vehicle;
determining an immobilization value for immobilization enablement by determining that a data structure includes a node associated with a geographic area that includes the current location of the vehicle;
immobilizing the vehicle based on the immobilization value;
detecting that the current location of the vehicle is in a friendly jamming zone; and
canceling immobilizing the vehicle based on detecting that the current location of the vehicle is in the friendly Jamming zone.
