1. A wall-mountable exercise machine, comprising:
a vertically-mountable beam;
a trolley for riding the vertically-mountable wall beam and being configured to lock at differing positions along the vertically-mountable wall beam;
a shoulder rotatably connected to the trolley;
an arm connected to and rotatable with the shoulder, the arm and the shoulder being configured to lock at differing rotation positions relative to the trolley; and
a knob extending from the shoulder, the knob being movable in a first direction to enable rotation of the arm and being movable in a second direction to enable longitudinal movement of the trolley along the beam.
