1. A Magnetic Pulse Therapy Device (MPTD) comprising:
(a) at least three coils, each coil comprising at least one encircling winding, each encircling winding comprising a multiplicity of turns, and wherein at least some of the turns from the multiplicity of turns circumferentially surrounds a treatment chamber;
(b) driver circuitry configured to energize the at least three coils; and
(c) an applicator comprising:
(1) the treatment chamber configured:
(i) to accommodate a treatment target, wherein the treatment target comprises a segment of a hand or foot with a longitudinal length of at least 50 mm; and
(ii) wherein an interior of the treatment chamber is shaped and contoured to meet at least one or a combination of the following criteria:
(A) the average height of the treatment chamber is at least 20% less than the average width, measured at a central width and along a longitudinal length of at least 50 mm; or
(B) a volume of space within the treatment chamber is at least 15% less than that of a cylinder with a diameter equal to the width of the treatment chamber, measured over a longitudinal length of at least 50 mm;
(2) a treatment zone, defined as an area within the treatment chamber that receives magnetic flux produced by the at least three coils when energized by said driver circuitry;
(3) a proximal access opening configured to facilitate an insertion and removal of the treatment target into and from the treatment chamber; and
(4) a configuration wherein it is not functionally necessary to perform any of the following actions: wrapping, bending, conforming, deforming, shaping, sizing, padding, stuffing, spreading open, or shoehorning, to accomplish any of the following tasks:
(1) inserting the treatment target into the treatment chamber,
(2) positioning the treatment target within the treatment zone, or
(3) removing the treatment target from the treatment zone or treatment chamber.
