1. A patient interface comprising:
a plenum chamber pressurisable to a therapeutic pressure of at least 6 cmH2O above ambient air pressure, said plenum chamber including a pair of plenum chamber inlet ports sized and structured to receive a flow of air at the therapeutic pressure for breathing by a patient;
a seal-forming structure comprising a sealing flange constructed and arranged to seal with a region of the patient's face surrounding an entrance to the patient's airways, the sealing flange having a hole to deliver the flow of air at the therapeutic pressure to at least an entrance to nares of the patient, the seal-forming structure constructed and arranged to maintain said therapeutic pressure in the plenum chamber throughout the patient's respiratory cycle in use;
a positioning and stabilising structure comprising a tie configured to hold the seal-forming structure in a therapeutically effective position on a head of the patient, the positioning and stabilising structure comprising:
a gas delivery tube comprising a pair of outlets configured to deliver the flow of air to the plenum chamber, and the gas delivery tube being constructed and arranged to contact, in use, at least a region of the patient's head superior to an otobasion superior of the patient's head; and
wherein the gas delivery tube includes:
an elongate, tubular textile portion having an exterior surface and an interior surface, and the exterior surface having a first side configured to contact the patient in use; and
an impermeable layer comprising a single, homogeneous piece of material joined to the interior surface of the elongate, tubular textile portion by blow molding such that the impermeable layer is continuous around the perimeter of the interior surface, the impermeable layer comprising a pair of connectors, each of the connectors being positioned at a corresponding one of the outlets of the gas delivery tube, and each of the connectors being configured to releasably connect to a corresponding one of the plenum chamber inlet ports.
