A method of making an integrated porridge comprising water, tuna, beef, goat, seaweed powder, kelp powder, anchovy powder, minced garlic, carrot, onion, zucchini, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, spinach, paprika, ground sesame, brown rice, barley, cat, black bean, black bean powder, and peanut powder.
