1. A method comprising:
receiving, by an application executed via a mobile device and from a wearable device, data indicating vital signs information associated with a passenger in a vehicle;
determining, based on the data, a condition is satisfied, the condition indicating a current medical emergency event associated with the passenger;
sending, based on the condition being satisfied and via the mobile device, a request to a first remote computing device to establish a communication channel between the mobile device and a second remote computing device, the second remote computing device being associated with remote operations services; and
sending, via the communication channel and to the second remote computing device, the data indicating the vital signs information, which is sent to a third remote computing device associated with first responder services, wherein the third remote computing device is different than the second remote computing device.
