1. A wireless communication method, comprising:
receiving, by a communication device from a serving cell, a signaling including a minimum threshold indication in a first slot n,
wherein the minimum threshold indication indicates a first minimum threshold of k0 (k0min) and a second minimum threshold of k2 (k2 min),
wherein k0 includes an offset between a downlink control information (DCI) and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the DCI,
wherein k2 includes an offset between another DCI and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the another DCI; and
applying, by the communication device and for a cross-carrier scheduling, the first minimum threshold of k0 (k0min) and the second minimum threshold of k2 (k2 min) in a second slot n+X,
wherein X is a value that indicates an application delay, and
wherein a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of the application delay is based on another SCS of the serving cell in a prior bandwidth part (BWP) before a BWP switching during the application delay.
