1. A method of receiving, by a first user equipment (UE), a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback signal in a wireless communication system comprising:
transmitting, by the first UE, a multicast/broadcast signal to a plurality of second UEs; and
receiving, by the first UE in response to the multicast/broadcast signal, one or more HARQ feedback signals from one or more of the plurality of second UEs,
wherein the one or more HARQ feedback signals are received based on a HARQ feedback resource that is commonly allocated to the plurality of second UEs, and
wherein the first UE retransmits the multicast/broadcast signal based on an average reference signal received power (RSRP) of the one or more HARQ feedback signals on the HARQ feedback resource exceeding an RSRP threshold.
