1. A computer-implemented method of processing a CT scan, comprising:
receiving a plurality of radiographs of a dental impression;
determining an axis of rotation per scan from the plurality of radiographs of the dental impression prior to CT reconstruction, wherein determining an axis of rotation comprises determining an axis of rotation shift and an axis of rotation inclination angle; and
providing the axis of rotation shift and the axis of rotation inclination angle to CT reconstruction algorithms.

10. A computer-implemented system of processing a CT scan, comprising:
a processor;
a computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions executable by the processor to perform steps comprising:
receiving a plurality of radiographs of a dental impression;
determining an axis of rotation per scan from the plurality of radiographs of the dental impression prior to CT reconstruction, wherein determining an axis of rotation comprises determining an axis of rotation shift and an axis of rotation inclination angle; and
providing the axis of rotation shift and the axis of rotation inclination angle to CT reconstruction algorithms.

19. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing executable computer program instructions for processing a CT scan, the computer program instructions comprising instructions for:
receiving a plurality of radiographs of a dental impression;
determining an axis of rotation per scan from the plurality of radiographs of the dental impression prior to CT reconstruction, wherein determining an axis of rotation comprises determining an axis of rotation shift and an axis of rotation inclination angle; and
providing the axis of rotation shift and the axis of rotation inclination angle to CT reconstruction algorithms.
