1. A subtilisin variant comprising an amino acid sequence with at least 97% amino acid sequence identity to a parent subtilisin of SEQ ID NO: 6, comprising the amino acid substitution P4OE in combination with S101R, wherein the amino acid positions of the variant are numbered by correspondence with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26, and wherein the variant has an improved property when compared to the parent subtilisin of SEQ ID NO:6, wherein the improved property is improved cleaning performance in detergent.
