1. An apparatus, comprising:
(a) an electrically powered handle;
(b) a shaft configured to selectively couple with the electrically powered handle, wherein the shaft comprises:
(i) an outer sheath, and
(ii) a driving body slidably housed within the outer sheath, wherein the electrically powered handle is configured to drive actuation of the driving body; and
(c) an end effector located distally relative to the shaft, wherein the end effector comprises:
a staple deck defining a plurality of staple openings, wherein each staple opening in the plurality of staple openings houses a staple,
(ii) an anvil configured to actuate relative to the staple deck to compress tissue between the staple deck and the anvil,
(iii) a staple driver configured to actuate relative to the staple deck to thereby drive a first array of staples against the anvil, wherein the driving body is configured to drive actuation of the staple driver relative to the staple deck,
(iv) a second staple driver configured to actuate relative to each of the staple deck and the staple driver to drive a second array of staples against the anvil; and
(v) a knife configured to actuate independently and relative to each of the staple driver, the second staple driver, and the staple deck to thereby sever tissue captured between the anvil and the staple deck.
