[ 19. A method of transmitting Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) information by a user equipment (UE) configured with a plurality of serving cells in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) wireless communication system, the method comprising:
determining a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) format for transmitting the ACK/NACK information related with at least one downlink transmission; and
transmitting the ACK/NACK information based on the PUCCH format,
wherein, in a first state in which (i) the at least one downlink transmission includes a first Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for downlink Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) release, and (ii) the first PDCCH includes a Downlink Assignment Index (DAI) value related to an accumulative number of PDCCHs per each serving cell:
the PUCCH format is determined as PUCCH format 1a/1b based on that the at least one downlink transmission consists of only the first PDCCH and the DAI value is equal to an initial value, and
the PUCCH format is determined as PUCCH format 3 based on that the DAI value is greater than the initial value.]
