1. An organic electronic element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the organic material layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an emitting layer, an emitting-auxiliary layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer, wherein the emitting layer comprises a first host compound represented by Formula 1 and a second host compound represented by Formula 2 as a phosphorescent emitting layer:

1) M is a C6-C60 arylene group or a substituent represented by Formula 1-1,
2) A, B, C and D are each independently a C6-C60 aryl group or a C2-C60 heterocyclic group, and C is bonded to L3, D is bonded to L4,
3) X1 is S or O, and X2 and X3 are each independently N-L8-Ar8, O, S or CR′R″, wherein R′ and R″ are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C3-C60 heterocyclic group; and a C1-C50 alkyl group; and R′ and R″ may be bonded to each other to form a spiro,
4) x is an integer of 0˜3, y is an integer of 0˜4,
5) Rc and Rd are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C60 heterocyclic group including at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C50 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group,
6) Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, Ar5, Ar6, Ar7 and Ar8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group; a C2-C60 heterocyclic group including at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fluorenyl group; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C50 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; and Ar1 and Ar2, or Ar4 and Ar5 may be bonded to each other to form a ring,
7) L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L5, L6, L7 and L8 are independently selected from the group consisting of a single bond; a C6-C60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; or a C2-C60 heteroarylene group containing at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; and an aliphatic hydrocarbon group;
wherein, the aryl group, fluorenyl group, arylene group, heterocyclic group, fluorenylene group, fused ring group, alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkoxy group and aryloxy group may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium; halogen; cyano; a silane group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; C6-C20 aryl group; C6-C20 aryl group substituted with deuterium; a fluorenyl group; C2-C20 heterocyclic group; C3-C20 cycloalkyl group; C7-C20 arylalkyl group and C8-C20 arylalkenyl group, wherein the substituents may be bonded to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring, wherein the term ‘ring’ means a C3-C60 aliphatic ring or a C6-C60 aromatic ring or a C2-C60 heterocyclic group or a fused ring formed by the combination thereof.
