1. An organic electroluminescence device, comprising:
a first electrode;
a hole transport region on the first electrode;
an emission layer on the hole transport region;
an electron transport region on the emission layer; and
a second electrode on the electron transport region,
wherein the emission layer comprises:
a first host compound represented by Formula 1;
a second host compound represented by Formula 2; and
a dopant compound comprising an organometallic complex containing Pt, Au, or Cu as a central metal element:

X1 is N or CR9,
R1 to R9 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms,
L1 is a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or combined with an adjacent group to form a ring, and
m is an integer of 1 or 2,
wherein at least one selected from among R1 to R8 and Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, or an aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, which is substituted with a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group:

wherein at least one selected from among Y1 to Y3 is N,
Ar2 to Ar4 are each independently a direct linkage, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms,
R10 to R12 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, and
R13 is a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group of 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group of 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms,
wherein at least one selected from among R10 to R12 comprises a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group.
