1. A communication apparatus operating as a base station, comprising:
circuitry configured to:
receive, from each of a first wireless terminal and a second wireless terminal, a first frame, wherein
the first frame includes information associated with an interference amount of each of a primary channel and a non-primary channel;
control, based on the received first frame, transmission of a second frame to each of the first wireless terminal and the second wireless terminal;
designate, using the transmitted second frame, a first transmission power and a channel including a specific primary channel to the first wireless terminal;
designate, using the transmitted second frame, solely the non-primary channel to the second wireless terminal; and
designate, using the transmitted second frame, a second transmission power to the second wireless terminal based on the designation of solely the non-primary channel to the second wireless terminal, wherein
the first wireless terminal is different from the second wireless terminal,
and
the second transmission power is higher than the first transmission power.
