1. A method of wireless communication, comprising:
partitioning time-frequency resources into different resource groups, the resource groups partitioned in the time domain, wherein the resource groups comprise a resource group of odd subframes and a resource group of even subframes;
dividing vehicle UEs into vehicle UE groups based on vehicle UE location; and
mapping the vehicle UE groups to the resource groups, wherein neighboring groups of the vehicle UE groups are mapped to different ones of the resource group of odd subframes or the resource group of even subframes.
