1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having program codes which, when executed by processing circuitry, cause the processing circuitry to control a process, the process comprising:
receiving a downlink signal transmitted from a base station in a first short transmission time interval (sTTI) that is shorter than a subframe; and
transmitting, to the base station, an uplink signal in a second sTTI after a determined number of first sTTIs from a reception timing of the downlink signal, the second TTI being shorter than the subframe and longer than the first sTTI,
wherein the transmitting includes transmitting the uplink signal in the second sTTI that first occurs after the determined number of first sTTIs from the reception timing of the downlink signal when a timing just after the determined number of first sTTIs from the reception timing of the downlink signal does not match a boundary between second TTIs.
