1. An apparatus comprising:
one or more processors, wherein to configure a management equipment for end-to-end (E2E) performance measurements in a cellular network with a plurality of network functions (NFs), the one or more processors are configured to cause the management equipment to:
perform an E2E performance measurement calculation to determine an E2E latency associated with communicating an internet protocol (IP) packet including delay on a Uu interface between a user equipment (UE) and a radio access network (RAN), and on a N9 interface of one or more user plane function (UPF); and
generate average E2E latency per network slice key performance indicator based on the E2E performance measurement calculation.
