1. A method performed by a first device, comprising:
receiving, from a second device, information indicating that a network function (NF) instance is to be provisioned to support a combination of network slices that includes a first network slice and a second network slice,
wherein the information includes available resource information that includes information regarding data radio bearers and information regarding physical resource blocks;
receiving, from the second device, first network slice information regarding the first network slice and second network slice information regarding the second network slice,
wherein the first network slice information includes first priority information identifying a first inter-slice priority level associated with the first network slice, and wherein the second network slice information includes second priority information identifying a second inter-slice priority level associated with the second network slice;
generating configuration parameters to provision the NF instance to support the combination of network slices,
wherein the configuration parameters are generated based on the available resource information, the first network slice information, and the second network slice information, and
wherein the configuration parameters include information identifying a manner in which resources, identified by the available resource information, are to be allocated between the first network slice the second network slice based on the first inter-slice priority level and the second inter-slice priority level; and
providing the configuration parameters to cause the NF instance to be provisioned to support the combination of network slices.
