1. A method of modifying a speech signal to enhance privacy, the method comprising:
receiving the speech signal, the speech signal comprising a magnitude;
modifying the speech signal, the modifying comprising:
converting the speech signal from a time domain to a frequency domain;
determining a modified speech signal by modifying the speech signal in the frequency domain to anonymize one or more of a gender, pitch, cadence, or inflection associated with the speech signal; and
converting the modified speech signal from the frequency domain to the time domain; and
outputting the modified speech signal.
