1. A sound leakage reduction device, comprising:
an energy conversion structure, a vibration structure, and a housing, wherein
the housing includes a vibration cavity and at least one resonance cavity,
the energy conversion structure is located in the vibration cavity and connected with the vibration structure,
the at least one resonance cavity communicates with the vibration cavity through at least one communication hole, and
a volume of each resonance cavity is smaller than a volume of the vibration cavity,
wherein
one end of the vibration structure is connected to the energy conversion structure and the other end of the vibration structure is in contact with a user's body part to transmit mechanical vibrations of the energy conversion structure to the user's body part, and
a volume ratio between the each resonance cavity and the vibration cavity is not less than 0.1.
