1. A computer-based method of dynamically creating a vehicle fence for emergency vehicle movement, the method comprising:
receiving GPS data from one or more vehicles in a surrounding environment and a real-time video feed of one or more intersections along a first roadway;
identifying a number of autonomous vehicles and one or more routes of the autonomous vehicles traveling on the first roadway based on the GPS data;
determining whether an emergency vehicle is traveling on the first roadway;
in response to determining the emergency vehicle is traveling on the first roadway, identifying a route and a speed of the emergency vehicle based on the GPS data;
estimating a width of a second roadway intersecting the first roadway at a nearest upcoming intersection to the emergency vehicle based on the real-time video feed, wherein the width of the second roadway is estimated based on a number of white and yellow lines on the second roadway;
identifying a moving direction of one or more objects along the second roadway based on the real-time video feed;
detecting a time at which the emergency vehicle will reach the nearest upcoming intersection, and a duration to clear the nearest upcoming intersection based on the route and the speed of the emergency vehicle;
identifying a required number of the autonomous vehicles to block the one or more objects from entering the nearest upcoming intersection based on the number of white and yellow lines on the second roadway;
deploying the required number of the autonomous vehicles to block the one or more objects from entering the nearest upcoming intersection prior to the emergency vehicle reaching the nearest upcoming intersection, wherein deploying the required number of the autonomous vehicles to block the one or more objects from entering the nearest upcoming intersection further comprises aligning each of the deployed autonomous vehicles in a linear direction along one or more edges of the first roadway within the nearest upcoming intersection consistent with the moving direction of the one or more objects; and
clearing each of the deployed autonomous vehicles from the nearest upcoming intersection.
