1. A valve block comprising:
an inlet connection;
an outlet connection;
a pressure plate comprising:
a channel; and
a recess in a surface of the pressure plate, the channel fluidly coupled to the recess;
a fluid transfer plate comprising a plurality of valve inlet bores and a plurality of valve outlet bores, the plurality of valve inlet bores surrounded, at least in part, by the plurality of valve outlet bores;
a diaphragm disposed between the pressure plate and the fluid transfer plate; and
a channel plate comprising:
an inlet channel fluidly coupled to the plurality of valve inlet bores and the inlet connection; and
an outlet groove fluidly coupled to the plurality of valve outlet bores and the outlet connection.
