1. Primer pairs for detecting soyasaponin-related allele-specific PCR markers, wherein the allele-specific PCR markers comprise one or both of S07_43139773G/T and S07_43139033A/G; wherein the S07_43139773G/T comprises a base of G/T at a position of 43139773 bp on chromosome 7 of the soybean genome, and the S07_43139033A/G comprises a base of A/G at a position of 43139033 bp on the chromosome 7 of the soybean genome;
wherein primer pairs of the allele-specific PCR markers comprise one or both of a S07_43139773G/T primer pair and a S07_43139033A/G primer pair;
wherein the S07_43139773G/T has an upstream primer F1 with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.1, an upstream primer F2 with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.2, and a downstream primer R with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.3; and/or
wherein the S07_43139033A/G has an upstream primer F1 with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.4, an upstream primer F2 with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.5, and a downstream primer R with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.6.
