A composition that comprises a recombinant plasmid (RP) with a sequence of nucleotides that encodes for a sequence of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) that encodes for a fusion protein consisting of a protein and an Fc fragment, wherein the sequence of nucleotides is about 95% to about 100% identical to SEQ ID NO. 2.
