1. Fluorescent material composite particles comprising translucent inorganic particles having a volume average particle diameter in a range of 30 nm or more and 500 nm or less, fluorescent nanoparticles having an average particle diameter in a range of 5 nm or more and 25 nm or less, and a first resin,
at least a part of each of the translucent inorganic particles being embedded in the first resin,
the translucent inorganic particles being unevenly distributed to a surface of the fluorescent material composite particles,
the fluorescent material composite particles having a volume average particle diameter in a range of 0.5 μm or more and 50 μm or less,
wherein the fluorescent nanoparticles contain a compound having a composition represented by the following formula (1):

wherein M1 represents at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Cs, Rb, K, Na, and Li; A1 represents at least one kind of cation selected from the group consisting of an ammonium ion, a formamidinium ion, a guanidinium ion, an imidazolium ion, a pyridinium ion, a pyrrolidinium ion, and a protonated thiourea ion; M2 represents at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, and Bi; X represents at least one selected from the group consisting of a chloride, a bromide, an iodide, a cyanide, a thiocyanate, an isothiocyanate, and a sulfide; a represents an integer in a range of 1 to 4; b represents an integer in a range of 1 to 2; c represents an integer in a range of 3 to 9; d represents a number in a range of 0 to 1; and e represents a number in a range of 0 to 1, provided that d+e is 1.
