1. A composition, comprising:
a compound of formula (1), Rf1—(OX1)m1—O—Rf2—Y1—[Si(R1)n1L13-n1]g1; and
a compound of formula (2), [L23-n2(R2)n2Si]g2—Y2—Rf3—(OX2)m2—O—Rf4—Y3—[Si(R3)n3L33-n3]g3,
wherein the ratio of the number of moles of —CF3 in Rf1 in the formula (1) to the total of the number of moles of —CF2— closest to Y1 in Rf2 in the formula (1), the number of moles of —CF2— closest to Y2 in Rf3 in the formula (2) and the number of moles of —CF2— closest to Y3 in Rf4 in the formula (2), is from 0.001 to 0.1, in the formula (1), Rf1 is a linear perfluoroalkyl group, X1 is a fluoroalkylene group having at least one fluorine atom, Rf2 is a fluoroalkylene group having a group represented by —CF2—, Y1 is a (g1+1) valent linking group having no fluorine atom, R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, L1 is a hydrolyzable group or a hydroxy group, m1 is an integer of at least 2, n1 is an integer of from 0 to 2, g1 is 2 or 3, and Y1-[Si(R1)n1L13-n1]g1 is —[C(O)N(Rd)]s4-Qa4-(O)t4—C[—(O)u4-Qb4-Si(R1)n1L13-n1]3-w1(—R11)w1, where R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, L1 is a hydrolyzable group or a hydroxy group, n1 is an integer of from 0 to 2, Rd is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, s4 is 0 or 1, Qa4 is a single bond or an alkylene group which may have an etheric oxygen atom, t4 is 0 or 1, provided that when Qa4 is a single bond t4 is 0, u4 is 0 or 1, Qb4 is an alkylene group, and the alkylene group may have —O—, or —C(O)N(Rd)—, w1 is 0 or 1, R11 is an alkyl group, Qa5 is an alkylene group which may have an etheric oxygen atom, and in the formula L2 and L3 are each independently a hydrolyzable group or a hydroxy group, R2 and R3 are each independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group, Y2 is a (g2+1) valent linking group having no fluorine atom, Rf3 and Rf4 are each independently a fluoroalkylene group having a group represented by —CF2—, X2 is a fluoroalkylene group having at least one fluorine atom, Y3 is a (g3+1) valent linking group having no fluorine atom, n2 and n3 are each independently an integer of from 0 to 2, g2 and g3 are each independently an integer of at least 1, and m2 is an integer of at least 2.
