1. A truck tire comprising a tread comprising at least one rubber composition, the at least one rubber composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight (phr) of rubber or elastomer:
85 phr to 95 phr of polyisoprene;
5 phr to less than 15 phr of a solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber having a glass transition temperature of less than −40° C. which is functionalized for the coupling to silica;
40 phr to 80 phr of a filler comprising predominantly silica having a BET surface area of at least 190 m2/g; and,
6 phr to 10 phr of a silane.
