1. A water supply system for delivering adiabatic pre-cooling water to an air flow entering a heat exchanger, comprising:
a coil flush water flow path including a water softener, a reverse osmosis device, and a reverse osmosis permeate storage tank, said coil flush water flow path having a terminus located to deliver softened reverse osmosis permeate to an outside surface of a coil of said heat exchange device; and
a first adiabatic cooling water flow path including said water softener, an adiabatic cooling water spray pump, and adiabatic cooling water spray nozzles directed at said air flow entering said heat exchange device.
