1. A process for producing a polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam construction board, the process comprising:
(i) providing an A-side reactant stream that includes an isocyanate containing compound;
(ii) providing a B-side reactant stream that includes an aromatic polyester polyol, a fluorinated additive, at least one surfactant, and a physical blowing agent mixture, where said physical blowing agent mixture includes an acyclic pentane and a blowing agent additive selected from the group consisting of ketones, aldehydes, ethers, esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatics, where the blowing agent additive has a Hansen Solubility Parameter (δt) that is greater than 17 MPa−0.5, where the fluorinated additive is provided in an amount of from about 2 to about 24 wt % based upon the entire weight of the physical blowing agent mixture, where the fluorinated additive is emulsified in the at least one surfactant prior to forming the B-side reactant stream, where the B-side reactant stream is devoid of filler; and
(iii) mixing the A-side reactant stream with the B-side reactant stream to produce a reaction mixture.
