1. A wearable medical device, comprising:
a front segment and a rear segment joined by hinges positioned over a user shoulders, wherein both of the front and rear segments include centralized channels housing an inflow tube comprised of a plurality of lumens for transmitting vacuum pressure to membranes in the front and rear segments, as well as distributing a plurality of pressures at varying levels to a plurality of pneumatic sections within a plurality of ribs,
wherein the plurality of ribs comprised of the plurality of pneumatic sections are coupled to the plurality of lumens the inflow tube that transmit desired pressure through a pressure source to control movement of the plurality of ribs through either expansion or contraction of the plurality of pneumatic sections, and
wherein the membranes comprise a plurality of negative pressure chamber membranes in the front and rear segments configured to attach to the plurality of lumens within front and rear portions of the centralized channels to transmit the vacuum pressure to adhere the membrane to a chest wall of the user,
wherein the plurality of pneumatic sections is distributed throughout the front and rear segments, wherein each of the pneumatic section is operatively coupled to the plurality of lumens within the centralized channel and configured to alter between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration.
