1. A screw comprising:
a core;
a wall extending about the core;
spaced apart struts each extending from the wall to the core, the struts having a solid configuration;
lattices positioned between the struts, the lattices having a non-solid configuration; and
wherein a cavity is defined between adjacent ones of the struts, and a lattice is disposed in the cavity.
