1. A negative photosensitive composition comprising:
(a-1) an organic black pigment or (a-2) a mixed organic black pigment,
(b) a resin having two or more tertiary amino groups in the molecule, and
(c) a photosensitive agent, wherein
the component (b) contains a resin having a structure represented by formula (16):

A5O, A6O, OA7 and OA8 each independently represent an oxyalkylene group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
A9 and A10 each independently represent an alkylene group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms,
n1 is an integer and represents 0 to 7,
X3 to X6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and
a19 to a22 are integers and each independently represent 1 to 100.
