1. An organic electric element comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode; and
an organic layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode,
wherein the organic layer comprises an emitting layer, a first layer and a second layer,
the first layer comprises a compound represented by one or more of the following chemical formulas 1-1 to 1-4, and
the second layer comprises a compound represented by the following chemical formula 2,

wherein in the chemical formulas 1-1 to 1-4:
X is O, S, or NR,
R is a C6 aryl group,
R1 to R4 are same or different, and are each independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen; a deuterium; and a tritium;
L2 is a single bond,
Ar1 and Ar2 are same or different, and are each independently selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; and a C2-C60 hetero ring group containing at least one hetero atom from O, N, S, Si and P,
wherein in the chemical formula 2:
R5 and R6 are same or different, and are each,
L1 is one selected from the group consisting of a single bond; and a C6˜C60 arylene group,
B is independently selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; and a C2-C60 hetero ring group containing at least one hetero atom from O, N, S, Si and P,
wherein in the chemical formulas 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 and 2, the aryl group, the fluorenyl group, the hetero ring group, the arylene group and the fluorenylene can each be further substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of a deuterium; a nitro group; a nitrile group; a cyano group; a halogen; an amino group; a C1-C20 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C6-C20 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; and a C2-C20 hetero ring group, and
with the proviso that in the chemical formula 2, L1 does not include the following chemical formulas:
