1. A removable liner configured to be used with an aerosol provision device, the device comprising a chamber for receiving a replaceable consumable, wherein:
the removable liner is configured to be received within the chamber of the aerosol provision device, between walls of the chamber and the replaceable consumable;
the removable liner is further configured to removably receive the replaceable consumable; and receive matter from the replaceable consumable;
the removable liner comprises a porous region and a non-porous region;
the removable liner comprises an open end at the top of the liner in which the consumable is received and wherein at the opposite bottom end the liner is closed;
the removable liner comprises a thermally insulating material disposed on an outer surface of the liner; and
the porous region is configured such that air can pass from outside of the aerosol provision device and through the removable liner before passing through the replaceable consumable when the user inhales on or though the replaceable consumable.
