1. A method performed by a first node for handling message delivery to a User Equipment, UE the method comprising:
sending an indication to a second node, the indication indicating that the second node inform the first node when one or more messages have been successfully delivered by the second node to the UE;
receiving, from the second node, a confirmation of that the one or more message have been successfully delivered by the second node to the UE, the confirmation comprising information indicating a transmitted sequence number that has been delivered in sequence to the UE, the confirmation indicating an out-of-order delivery event occurring when one or more messages have not been successfully delivered, the second node determining that the one or more messages have been successfully delivered to the UE by confirming the delivery from the UE has been received before expiry of a timer and the second node determining that the one or more messages have not been successfully delivered to the UE when no confirmation of the delivery has been received before expiry of the timer, the first node being a Master Node, MN, and the second node being a Secondary Node, SN, when a communication system in which the first node and the second node are deployed applies dual connectivity; and
receiving, from the second node, information indicating one or more messages that have not been successfully delivered by the second node to the UE.
