1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device, information comprising:
a plurality of power control commands; and
a set of uplink preemption indicators that is associated with a power control command of the plurality of the power control commands and that indicates which one or more uplink resources, of a set of uplink resources, are preempted; and
dropping, based on the power control command of the plurality of the power control commands, a scheduled uplink transmission via at least one preempted uplink resource, of the set of uplink resources, indicated by the set of uplink preemption indicators.
