1. A method comprising:
switching, by a wireless device, from a first frequency range for a cell to a second frequency range for the cell; and
sending, via the second frequency range and using a transmission power based on a power control parameter, at least one uplink signal, wherein a value of the power control parameter is maintained based on the second frequency range overlapping with the first frequency range.
