1. A wireless relay device comprising:
a channel model;
a first radio configured to communicate over a first channel, the first radio comprising:
a first antenna;
a buffer configured to provide as output a first baseband signal;
a first RF chain configured to transition the first baseband signal to RF domain to transmit via the first antenna;
a second RF chain configured to receive a second baseband signal as input from the channel model, the second baseband signal comprising a first approximation of echo channel self-interference effects introduced by a local RF environment, the second RF chain configured to transition the second baseband signal to RF domain; and
a first band pass filter coupled to the second RF chain and tuned to a second channel different from the first channel, output of the first band pass filter provided as a reference signal to the channel model; and
a second radio configured to communicate over the second channel, the second radio comprising:
a second antenna configured to receive over the second channel;
a third RF chain receiving a third baseband signal as input from the channel model, the third baseband signal comprising a second approximation of echo channel self-interference effects introduced by the local RF environment, the third RF chain configured to transition the third baseband signal to RF domain; and
a second band pass filter coupled to the third RF chain and tuned to the second channel, output of the second band pass filter coupled to the second antenna to attenuate echo channel self-interference.
