1. A cold plate, comprising:
an extruded plate, comprising:
a top surface;
a bottom surface opposite the top surface;
a plurality of parallel walls coupled to the top surface and the bottom surface and defining a plurality of channels;
a first manifold on a first end of the extruded plate and in fluid communication with the plurality of channels; and
a second manifold on a second end of the extruded plate and in fluid communication with the plurality of channels;
a first inlet port and a second inlet port extending through the top surface and in fluid communication with the first manifold; and
a first outlet port and a second outlet port extending through the top surface and in fluid communication with the second manifold,
wherein:
the first outlet port is configured to receive a first portion of a coolant delivered to the cold plate through the first inlet port;
the second outlet port is configured to receive a second portion of the coolant delivered to the cold plate through the second inlet port; and
a portion of the first manifold is positioned between a portion of the top surface of the extruded plate and a bottom surface of the extruded plate.
