1. A photoelectric conversion device comprising:
a pixel array including a first pixel and a second pixel;
a scanning circuit that outputs a control signal to the pixel array; and
an output line connected to the first pixel and the second pixel,
wherein the first pixel includes a photoelectric conversion unit including a first semiconductor region of a first conductivity type as a charge accumulation layer and photoelectrically converts incident light to output a signal in accordance with the incident light to the output line, and
wherein the second pixel includes
a second semiconductor region of the first conductivity type,
a transistor including a first main electrode formed by a third semiconductor region connected to the second semiconductor region, a gate connected to the scanning circuit, and a second main electrode formed by a fourth semiconductor region,
a first contact connected between the fourth semiconductor region and the output line, and
a second contact supplied with a power source potential and connected to the third semiconductor region.
