1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of sub pixels on the substrate;
a light-emitting element on a sub pixel from the plurality of sub pixels; and
a pixel circuit on the sub pixel and configured to operate the light-emitting element, the pixel circuit comprising:
a driving transistor including an active layer, a pair of gate electrodes on the active layer, and a source electrode and a drain electrode over the pair of gate electrodes and electrically connected to the active layer, wherein the driving transistor connected between a high-potential power line and the light-emitting element; and
a capacitor connected between the high-potential power line and a node between the source electrode and the drain electrode of the driving transistor,
wherein the capacitor comprises a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode that overlaps the first capacitor electrode,
wherein the first capacitor electrode is electrically connected to the high-potential power line and the second capacitor electrode is electrically connected to the active layer, and
wherein the second capacitor electrode is a part of the active layer that is non-overlapping with the pair of gate electrodes of the driving transistor.
