1. A system comprising:
a hardware processor and a system memory storing a software code;
the hardware processor configured to execute the software code to:
mint a non-fungible token (NFT) certifying a digital asset to provide the NFT wrapped with first metadata providing a historical rights record of the NFT, the historical rights record identifying a present owner of a right to the NFT and one or more previous owners, if any, of the right;
receive transfer data relating to a transfer of the right by the present owner to a new owner;
re-mint the NFT to provide a first re-minted NFT further wrapped with second metadata relating to the transfer data in the historical rights record of the NFT, the second metadata identifying the new owner of the right;
deliver the first re-minted NFT that is wrapped with the first metadata and the second metadata to the new owner;
determine a change in value of the digital asset due to a modification made to the digital asset;
re-mint the first re-minted NFT to provide a second re-minted NFT further wrapped with third metadata relating to the modification and change in value of the digital asset; and
deliver the second re-minted NFT that is wrapped with the first metadata, the second metadata, and the third metadata, to the new owner.
