1. A method comprising: determining, by one or more processors and based on a portion of aggregated data, a plurality of metrics associated with an employee, the aggregated data including activities performed by the employee using a computing device; training individual artificial intelligence engines of a plurality of artificial intelligence engines using the plurality of metrics to create a plurality of trained artificial intelligence engines; determining, by the one or more processors and based on the plurality of metrics, a first unified metric associated with the employee; creating, by the one or more processors, a distribution curve based on the first unified metric associated with the employee and based on additional unified metrics associated with additional employees; determining, by the one or more processors, a location of the employee on the distribution curve; predicting a next best action for the employee, by the plurality of trained artificial intelligence engines being executed by the one or more processors based on the location of the employee on the distribution curve; based on determining that the next best action comprises coaching, determining that a coaching session between the employee and a coach took place; determining, a predetermined time interval after the coaching session, additional metrics associated with the employee; retraining at least one trained artificial intelligence engine of the plurality of trained artificial intelligence engines based on the additional metrics; predicting, by at least one retrained artificial intelligence engine and based at least in part on the additional metrics, a predicted performance associated with the employee; determining, after the predetermined time interval, a second unified metric associated with the employee; and based at least in part on determining that the second unified metric is greater than the first unified metric: determining that the coaching session was successful; and increasing a coaching effectiveness metric associated with the coach.
