1. A system comprising:
memory comprising a plurality of storage bins, each of the plurality of storage bins assigned to a content owner;
a service layer configured to issue an encryption key to each content owner to which at least one of the plurality of storage bins is assigned;
at least one processor configured to packetize a digital first data file comprising a first text file and a first image file, wherein packetizing the first data file comprises:
deidentifying the first data file via extraction of a target portion from at least the first image file of the first data file, the targeted portions excluding personalized data; and
creating the packetized first data file from the extracted target portion; and
at least one server communicatingly coupled with the memory, wherein the at least one server is configured to:
receive the packetized data file;
automatically generate at least one tag for the packetized data file, wherein the at least one tag is automatically generated based at least one key phrase identified in at least a targeted portion of the content file;
index the packetized data file according to the at least one tag into a predetermined taxonomy;
select data in response to a user data request comprising parameters identifying at least one tag; and
deliver the selected data.
