1. A method for ingesting different data types, comprising:
providing, in a datacenter, a multi-layer pod comprising a data ingestion layer, a data enrichment/transformation layer, and a data connection layer, wherein the multi-layer pod is executed by a computer processor;
receiving, at the data ingestion layer, data from a data producer, wherein the data is received in any format and the data ingestion layer supports both push and pull data ingestion mechanisms;
ingesting, by the data ingestion layer, the data using a producer proxy agent that securely ingests data of any format;
enriching or transforming, by the data enrichment/transformation layer, the data by inserting a new time stamp in the data; and
routing, by the data connection layer, the enriched or transformed data to a data store at a velocity for the data store.
