8. A method, comprising:
electrically discovering, by a processor, an external device that is in communication with the processor;
receiving information about the external device directly from the external device;
in response to electrically discovering the external device and using the information related to the external device, automatically searching the Internet to discover a set of topics related to performance issues for the external device that are currently trending on the Internet;
in response to finding one or more currently trending topics related to performance issues for the external device on the Internet, gathering data from the Internet about each currently trending topic that is related to performance issues for the external device; and
in response to gathering the data from the Internet, transmitting a link to a source of each currently trending topic on the Internet that is related to performance issues for the external device to the user.
